The SAYAS Executive Committee, Alumni and Secretariat are attending the ASSAf Annual Young Scientists’ Conference 2026, 13–15 September at Walter Sisulu University, under the theme “Assuring Sustainable Water Availability and Safe Sanitation Systems to Achieve the Goals of Agenda 2063.”
The conference brings young scientists, researchers and stakeholders together to share knowledge on Africa’s water and sanitation challenges. SAYAS is represented by Gauta Matlou, Prof Maurine Musie, Muthumuni Managa, Moses Basitere, Savania Nagiah, Ncediwe Ndube-Tsolekile and Kholani Mbhiza.
