Lisa Claire du Toit is currently a full-time Senior Lecturer of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Most recently, Dr. du Toit has been awarded the Friedel Sellschop Award in 2014 which recognizes and supports exceptional young researchers, as well as the Claude Leon Foundation Merit Award for outstanding emerging researchers.
